Returns and Warranty
Returns:
Unused items may be eligible for return within 15 days of purchase, subject to approval.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Used equipment, installed equipment, liquidation items, surplus equipment, clearance items, custom-order products, and products sold AS-IS are not eligible for return.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Warranty:
Richards Attachments is an equipment liquidator. Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, products are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty expressed or implied.
Premium Equipment includes a one (1) year parts warranty unless otherwise stated on the sales invoice. Warranty coverage is limited to replacement parts only and does not include labor, travel, freight, downtime, rental equipment, or any associated costs.
Warranty applies only when specifically stated on the sales invoice.
Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer upon pickup or acceptance by the carrier.
Richards Attachments is not responsible for labor, travel, freight, downtime, rental equipment, or other costs associated with repairs or equipment failure..
